Some marketplace templates ship with only one builder file: Elementor or Block Editor, not both. If your preferred version is missing, you can request it directly from the template details popup.
This is useful when you found a design you love but the import button for your builder is not there yet.

When you see a request option
- Open the template library (Notifal → OnPage Notifications → Explore Pre-created Notifications).
- Click a template to open the details popup.
- Scroll below the import buttons.
If a builder file is missing, you see a note such as:
- This template is not created with Elementor yet. You can request it here...
- This template is not created with Block Editor yet. You can request it here...
A Request link appears for the missing version.
How to submit a request
- Click Request for the builder you need (Elementor or Block Editor).
- Notifal sends your request to notifal.com with:
- - The template ID and title
- - Your site URL
- - Your WordPress admin email (from Settings → General)
- You see a confirmation message on screen.
You can submit multiple requests over time. Each request is logged so the Notifal team can prioritize new builder files.
What happens next

| Ready email | You receive another email when the file is available |
After you get the ready email:
- Open the template library again (remember the list refreshes about every hour).
- Find the same template and open details.
- The import button for your builder should now appear.
- Import as described in Importing a Template from the Marketplace.
Tips while you wait

| The template still shows no button after two days | Wait for the hourly cache to refresh, then search by template code |
Privacy note
The request only shares your site URL and admin email so the team can contact you when the file is ready. No visitor or customer data is sent.
