On-Page Analytics Dashboard

3 min read

The On-Page Analytics dashboard shows how your notifications perform: views, clicks, closes, and (with WooCommerce) revenue.

Open it from WordPress admin → Notifal → On-Page Analytics (or the analytics link from a notification).

What you see at a glance

AreaPurpose
Date range filterToday, last 7/30/90 days, all time
Overview cardsKey totals for the selected period
Notifications tablePer-notification stats
RefreshProcess recent events so numbers update

Exact metrics depend on Free vs Pro. See Understanding Metrics (CTR, Conversions, Revenue).

Free plan dashboard

On the free plan you get full revenue-related metrics when WooCommerce (or supported stores) is connected:

  • Revenue from product clicks
  • Influenced order revenue
  • Influenced order counts

Impressions, clicks, closes, and charts show as Pro upsell placeholders (zeros with upgrade prompts). Revenue still updates from real orders.

Pro plan dashboard

Notifal Pro unlocks the full dashboard:

  • Impressions, clicks, closes, dismisses
  • CTR and conversion rates
  • Charts and growth vs previous period
  • Top performers and recent activity
  • Per-Button Click Analytics (Pro)

See Enhanced Analytics (Pro).

Refreshing data

Click Refresh Analytics to process queued events. Useful right after testing on your site.

Pro may offer additional processing options for large sites.

Filter by campaign

If you use campaigns, filter the dashboard by campaign to see stats for linked notifications only. See What Are Campaigns? and Linking a Notification to a Campaign.

Getting meaningful numbers

  1. Publish the notification (not draft)
  2. Visit the front end in a normal browser session
  3. Interact with buttons and close controls
  4. Wait a few minutes, then refresh the dashboard

For WooCommerce revenue, complete a test order after clicking a tracked product link.
