1.2. Payment Information

All payment processing is securely handled by Stripe.
We do not store, access, or process your credit card information on our servers.

Any payment made outside notifal.com (via Stripe) is not considered valid.

1.3. Plugin Usage Data

With the user’s consent, the Notifal plugin may collect anonymized analytics data to improve plugin performance. This includes:

  • Number of notification views

  • Clicks

  • CTR metrics

  • IP address

  • Browser information

  • Device information

This data is collected only if the user enables analytics within the plugin settings.

Plugin Event Logs (Upon Deactivation)

If the user deactivates the plugin, the following information may be sent to our servers:

  • Plugin version

  • WordPress version

  • PHP version

  • Active domain

  • Email associated with the license

  • Deactivation timestamp

This helps us diagnose issues and improve product performance.

License Validation Data

To verify and manage active licenses, the plugin sends:

No Collection of Customer Data from Your Website

Notifal does not collect or store any data related to your customers, such as:

  • {first_name}

  • {order_city}

  • Purchase details

Such data is only displayed locally on your website through WooCommerce and is never transmitted to our servers.

2. Analytics Services

Notifal uses:

  • Google Analytics

  • Google Tag Manager

These tools help us understand how visitors interact with our website.
We do not use Hotjar, Matomo, or any other analytics solutions.
