These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Notifal WordPress plugin, related services, and any products offered through this website (“Service”).
By purchasing, installing, or using Notifal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Product

Notifal is a premium WordPress plugin that enables users to create and display marketing notifications, announcements, analytics, and other conversion-boosting tools on their websites.

2. License and Access

2.1 License Term

When you purchase Notifal Pro, you receive a 1-year license for the number of domains you selected. Your license includes:

  • Access to Notifal Pro plugin files

  • All new updates during the active license period

  • Full technical support for 1 year

After one year, the license must be renewed to continue receiving updates, support, and future features.

2.2 License Usage

  • Each purchased license may be activated on one (1) domain at a time.

  • You may transfer your license to another domain at any time.

    • Example: If you used the license for 2 months on Domain A, you may move it to Domain B and continue using it for the remaining 10 months.

  • You may share the license with another person only if you choose to, but only one domain can be connected to the license at any time unless you purchased multiple licenses.

2.3 License Restrictions

  • The Lite version may be modified or customized without limitations.

  • The Pro version may not be reverse-engineered, modified, redistributed, or resold.

  • Users may develop independent plugins or add-ons using Notifal hooks, filters, and public APIs.

3. Refund Policy

Refund requests are allowed within 30 days of purchase.
If approved, the license will be canceled immediately, and the refunded user must stop using the plugin and purchase a new license to continue accessing Notifal Pro.

4. Data Collection & Privacy

Notifal collects certain analytics data to improve product performance and user experience.
All data you enter into our website or plugin remains private and is never sold or shared with third parties.

If you register your email on our website, you agree that we may send newsletters, updates, or promotional messages.

5. Support and Product Responsibility

  • During your active license period, Notifal provides full technical support.

  • If a bug or issue occurs within the plugin, we are responsible for addressing and resolving it.

  • We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, hosting environments, or user modifications.

6. Prohibited Use

Your license may be suspended or permanently blacklisted if:

  • The domain using Notifal is involved in scam, illegal activity, misleading content, or harmful practices

  • The user attempts to abuse, manipulate, or exploit licenses or the plugin

  • The product is used in a way that violates international laws or these Terms

Notifal reserves the right to restrict or terminate access at its sole discretion in such cases.

7. Intellectual Property

All code, design, branding, and assets of Notifal are the exclusive property of the Notifal Team.

Users may not:

  • Copy or redistribute the Pro version

  • Decompile or reverse-engineer the plugin

  • Claim ownership over the plugin or any part of it

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

8. Age Restriction

Notifal has no minimum age requirement, but users must have legal capacity to make online purchases in their jurisdiction.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Notifal is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • We are not liable for any loss of revenue, conversion rate changes, downtime, data loss, or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the plugin.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your current active license.

10. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, blacklist, or terminate licenses without refund if the user:

  • Uses Notifal on illegal or harmful websites

  • Misuses the license system

  • Violates any of these Terms

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with international commercial standards and applicable global regulations, without reference to any specific country’s jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

Notifal may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date will always reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
